JFF Pay-for-Performance — AI, Semiconductor, and Nuclear Infrastructure

Jobs for the Future leads this national pay-for-performance effort with eight industry and apprenticeship partners: Apprenticeship Alliance, the Center for Energy Workforce Development, Global Electronics Association, Independent Electrical Contractors, JobForward, NIICA, NextFlex, and the University of Cincinnati.

JFF will open the program to Registered Apprenticeship sponsors nationwide and provide support to employers launching or expanding programs. Until a full application is live, use the interest form.

Eligible applicants are Registered Apprenticeship program sponsors whose apprentices are placed in occupations tied to building and maintaining infrastructure for artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and nuclear energy.

Incentive payments to RAP sponsors for verified hiring, retention, and progression. At least 85% of the federal award is intended to flow to sponsors.
