RAPIDS - Employer/Sponsors who have a program registered with the Vermont Department of Labor can access the online registration portal: https://dol.appiancloud.com/suite/sites/login-gov-users When to use this form: Prior to registering an apprentice in RAPIDS, use this form to collect all necessary information, and to ensure the apprentice has received the proper notice that they are to be provided a copy of their standards. This document should be printed and signed by the apprentice, then uploaded to the apprentice's record in RAPIDS.
