Apprenticeship Advisory Board

Overview

The Vermont Apprenticeship Advisory Board, replacing the State Apprenticeship Council, is established to advise and promote apprenticeship programs across the state. Comprising members from various sectors including labor, education, and underserved communities, the Board provides guidance on program development, policies, and best practices. The Board meets quarterly and has the support of the Department for administrative and technical needs. For the full text of Act 55, which creates the Apprenticeship Advisory Board, view the PDF on the legislature's website by clicking here. If you have questions about the Board or the Registered Apprenticeship program, email labor.apprenticeship@vermont.gov.
