Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is proud to offer a robust 2-Year Maintenance Apprenticeship program at our Sumter, SC facility. As a leader in tire manufacturing, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Our apprenticeship program provides hands-on training in a variety of occupations, including multi-craft maintenance mechanics, human resources, industrial machinery mechanics, and information security, equipping apprentices with the skills necessary to excel in their careers.
In addition to our apprenticeship initiatives, we have launched programs aimed at engaging local high school students, fostering a skilled workforce for the future. With nearly 150 years of industry experience, Continental is dedicated to making mobility safer, smarter, and more sustainable while serving our community and empowering individuals through education and training.
