Description
DON'T JUST FIND YOUR NEXT TECH JOB. BUILD YOUR TECHNICIAN CAREER.
A well-established, family-owned St. Louis Metro import automotive group is expanding and looking for motivated Apprentice, C-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians who want a real path forward. We have been part of the St. Louis automotive community for more than 40 years, and our continued growth includes a new state-of-the-art dealership facility currently under construction.
The biggest thing we can offer isn't just an open bay. It's a roadmap.
YOUR TECHNICIAN CAREER PATH
We believe a technician should know what the next level looks like, what skills are required to reach it, and how increased training and capability can lead to increased earning power.
· Step 1 - Apprentice / Lube Technician: build strong fundamentals, quality habits and shop discipline.
· Step 2 - Semi-Skilled / C-Tech: expand into brakes, suspension, alignments and basic electrical repair while earning ASE credentials.
· Step 3 - Journeyman / B-Tech: handle heavier mechanical work, drivability issues and mid-level troubleshooting while improving speed and efficiency.
· Step 4 - Diagnostic Specialist / A-Tech: master advanced electrical, network, diagnostic and complex repair work.
· Step 5 - Master Technician: achieve the highest levels of technical skill, certification, productivity and earning opportunity.
WE TRAIN - YOU GROW
We want technicians who are serious about the trade. In return, we invest in development. Qualified employees have access to paid manufacturer training, certification opportunities, experienced leadership, factory information and specialized equipment. When qualifying manufacturer training requires travel, applicable travel, lodging and per diem are provided.
WHAT YOU'LL GET

· Competitive pay based on current skill level, experience, certifications, location and role
· A clearly defined path toward Journeyman, A-Tech and Master Technician status
· Paid manufacturer training and certification opportunities
· Modern facilities, factory equipment and specialized tools
· Tool allowance/reimbursement opportunities for qualifying positions
· Paid holidays and vacation for qualifying positions
· Health and employee benefits; 401(k) with company match where applicable

· Independent-shop technicians interested in manufacturer training and dealership resources
· Technicians who are dependable, motivated, coachable and proud of doing the job correctly
WHAT WE'RE REALLY HIRING FOR
We can teach systems, processes and manufacturer procedures. What is harder to teach is attitude, reliability, pride in your work and the desire to keep getting better. If you want to become a professional career technician - not stay stuck at the same level for the next five years - we want to talk.
WHERE CAN THIS LEAD?
The objective is not to keep a good C-Tech as a C-Tech forever. The objective is to help capable people move through the roadmap, earn certifications, take on more difficult work, increase productivity and ultimately reach Journeyman, A-Tech and Master Technician levels.
Start where you are. Build your skills. Increase your value. Grow your career.
