No plumbing experience? No problem. We provide paid, hands-on training alongside experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers, giving you the opportunity to learn the trade while earning a paycheck. You'll develop real-world plumbing skills and receive support as you work toward earning your Texas Tradesman and Journeyman Plumbing License. This is an opportunity to start a skilled trade career, not just find another job. What You'll Do Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs and installations Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of residential plumbing systems Load, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Safely handle plumbing materials, tools, and equipment Dig, haul materials, and perform physically demanding work on job sites Assist with occasional septic-related service work Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Provide friendly, professional customer service in homeowners' residences Follow instructions from experienced plumbers and actively participate in training Show up on time, prepared to learn, work, and contribute every day What We're Looking For No plumbing experience required — we will train the right candidate Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude and professional approach Comfortable performing physical work in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to work Must pass a background check and drug screen Must be at least 18 years old Genuine interest in building a long-term career in plumbing Preferred / Bonus Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas will receive additional consideration: Residential or commercial plumbing Construction or general labor Landscaping HVAC Electrical Maintenance or mechanical work Experience using hand and power tools Other skilled trades or field-service experience Previous experience working toward a trade license or certification Training & Career GrowthPaid, Hands-On Training Learn directly from experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers Get paid while developing your plumbing skills Gain real-world experience on residential service calls Receive ongoing coaching and support Texas Plumbing License Support Support toward earning your Texas Tradesman Plumbing License Advancement opportunities toward your Texas Journeyman Plumbing License Performance-based pay increases as your skills and responsibilities grow Clear career progression within the company Industry-Leading Training Access to Nexstar Network training and professional development Ongoing coaching and technical training Learn industry best practices from experienced plumbing professionals Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$75,000 per year , based on hours and performance Paid on-the-job training Medical insurance 401(k) with employer match Weekly pay Paid time off Year-round work Support toward Texas plumbing licensing Nexstar training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Performance-based pay increases Why You'll Love It Here Earn while you learn: Get paid while building valuable plumbing skills.
