Apprenticeship Occupation: Leadership (Educator and Trainer), Environmental Health Manager I (Environmental Analyst), Wastewater Facility Inspector (Inspector, Quality Assurance) Education Provider: Midlands Technical College, Central Carolina Technical College, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control The SCDES Leadership Train Trax Program is a comprehensive professional development and apprenticeship initiative created in partnership with the Department of Labor, Apprenticeship Carolina, and Midlands Technical College.This program is designed to equip employees with the skills, knowledge, and mentorship needed to grow as leaders and advance in their careers. Through a structured curriculum, participants build core competencies in leadership, communication, and professional development while receiving guidance from experienced mentors.
