Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate advanced CNC machinery, including mills, lathes, and grinders, to produce precision components. Quality Control: Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet strict engineering specifications. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics to guide the machining process. Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements. Career Development: Actively apply classroom learning from your Machine Tool Technology program to real-world manufacturing challenges. Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 AM ... Skills: Mechanical Aptitude: A strong natural talent for understanding and working with mechanical systems. Detail Orientation: High level of precision and accuracy in measuring and executing tasks. Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Machine Tool Technology program. Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and blueprint reading. Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for approximately 87.5% of a shift. Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen.
