The only way to apply for an Apprenticeship is to fill out our online application form and submit it online. You will receive a personal and secure online application account. The online account allows you to finish your application in a timely manner, submit it, and review your status.Before your online application is created, the applicant will be responsible for paying the $55.00 Application Processing Fee.As an applicant for this Apprenticeship Program, I understand that it is my responsibility to provide all of the following information, High School transcript and/or GED scores along with uploading your DRIVER’s LICENSE to the application portal.I further acknowledge that I must submit all required information to Louisville Electrical JATC within 21 days of the date that I started my online application.Apprenticeship Application Process: What to Expect Overview Our selection process includes three steps: 1. Application Review 2. Personal Experience Form (PEF) 3. Aptitude Exam Step 1: Apply Submit your application. Applicants who meet minimum qualifications will move forward. Step 2: Personal Experience Form If qualified, you’ll receive an email from GAN Human Resources. Must be completed within TWO WEEKS Includes questions about your background and experience Instructions and deadline will be included in the email How to Prepare Documents to gather (all must have your name): Transcripts (unofficial accepted for the PEF) Work experience documentation (employer letter or pay stubs with name and hours) Pre-apprenticeship certifications Military documentation (if applicable) Up to 3 letters of recommendation Letters of Recommendation May come from employers, contractors, IBEW members, teachers, mentors, or similar. Only the highest scoring letter will be used.
