What You'll Be Doing: In this entry-level role, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship as you learn the fundamentals of aircraft cabinet finishing. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Learning and performing surface preparation and finishing techniques using sanding, polishing, and masking tools. Following engineering drawings and safety standards to prepare materials and finishes. Using adhesives, solvents, and finishingpounds to treat cabinet surfaces with precision and care. Working with the material tracking system to document progress, sign offpleted tasks, and report issues. Supporting a clean,anized, and safetypliant work environment by following all 5S and PPE guidelines. Collaborating closely with experienced technicians to continually build your knowledge and skillset.
