The Muncie Electrical Joint Apprentice is a training program sponsored by the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). It's a local chapter of the broader electrical training ALLIANCE. The program provides apprenticeship training for individuals seeking careers as electricians, offering both on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
