Our Apprenticeship Program offers over 50 classes led by subject matter experts using the best technologies and an "earn while you learn" path where you can earn a living wage for you and your family from the start. Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally recognized credential.The Laborers Training and Retraining Trust of Southern California Apprenticeship Program provides an educational and training foundation for people seeking a career in the construction industry. Our apprentices can receive their classroom instruction from any of our many training centers around Southern California and Arizona, as well as select classes online. At the same time, our apprentices will receive on-the-job training through employers who are looking for the in-demand skills that the Laborers are known for.
