The KC Tech Council is proud to introduce its innovative apprenticeship program designed to address the pressing workforce shortages in the tech industry in Kansas City, MO. In partnership with Apprenti, this program aims to equip aspiring professionals with essential skills in various occupations, including Computer Programming, Information Security Analysis, and User Support, among others. By offering hands-on training and mentorship, we strive to cultivate local talent and enhance the diversity of the tech workforce.
Our initiative is particularly focused on supporting veterans as they transition to civilian careers. With over 4,000 unfilled tech positions in the region, our program not only aims to bridge the skills gap but also to empower individuals with the tools they need for success in the technology sector.
