Job Description We are building a team for a for a major long‑term data center construction project in Fort Stockton, TX, for a major hyperscaler. This is one of the largest ongoing builds in the region, offering stability, competitive pay, and multi‑year career potential. This role begins as a 6‑month contract, with 5+ years of secured work on site. Key Responsibilities - Helper to the journeyman onsite at a data center -Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams -Collaborating with site leadership to maintain productivity and workflow -Ensuring safety compliance and upholding a strong culture of safety PPE: Provided (Company‑branded) Certifications: OSHA‑10 provided if not already held Skills and Requirements - Active Texas license (Apprentice) - Experience in commercial or industrial construction - Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
