Gestamp is proud to host an innovative apprenticeship program that focuses on developing skilled trades in the manufacturing sector. Our program trains individuals in essential occupations such as Industrial Machinery Mechanics and Tool and Die Makers, providing them with hands-on experience and expertise in their fields.

We are especially honored to have Hamilton County Schools' program at Gestamp recognized as the first work-based learning program in Tennessee to earn a federal apprenticeship designation from the U.S. Department of Labor. Since its inception, our program has been dedicated to serving the community by fostering a skilled workforce and supporting the growth of the manufacturing industry.
