Overview

The Apprenticeship 321 program is a structured training program that is approved by the US Department of Labor and Apprenticeship NC. Apprenticeship 321 is an industry driven program where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce through a Registered Apprenticeship. A Registered Apprenticeship is an "Earn as you Learn" model where apprentices get paid while learning on the job, receive progressive wages, get classroom instruction, and receive a nationally recongnized credential.
