First Quality Tissues is proud to offer a robust apprenticeship program focused on training the next generation of skilled workers in the paper goods manufacturing industry. Located in South Carolina, our program emphasizes hands-on experience and technical knowledge for aspiring Machine Set-Up Operators and Paper Goods Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders.

Our commitment to workforce development is demonstrated by our recent partnership with Penn College, where we celebrated the graduation of our first class of apprentices from the Mechatronics Apprenticeship program. This four-year program integrates academic learning with practical skills, preparing our apprentices for successful careers in a vital industry.
