Overview

FHI 360’s National Institute for Work and Learning is dedicated to creating impactful career pathways through its new apprenticeship program in Southern California. This initiative focuses on empowering local residents by providing them with valuable earn-and-learn opportunities in high-demand fields such as Community Health Workers, Substance Abuse and Behavioral Disorder Counselors, and Youth Development Practitioners.

Through hands-on training and mentorship, participants in the apprenticeship program gain the skills and experience necessary to thrive in their chosen careers. Our commitment to workforce development is further exemplified by the successful Project B.U.I.L.D. initiative in Florida, which connects young individuals with essential resources to navigate their professional journeys.
