Overview

The Department of Justice Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center is dedicated to providing impactful workforce training opportunities for individuals in Virginia. Our apprenticeship program focuses on equipping trainees with essential culinary skills, particularly in the roles of Cooks and Production Cooks. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, we aim to help participants build a foundation for successful careers in the culinary arts.

By investing in workforce development, we contribute to reducing recidivism and empowering formerly incarcerated individuals with the skills they need to thrive in their communities. Our commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment reflects our mission to create pathways for personal and professional growth.
