Each apprentice is paired with a journeyman in their chosen trade. It’s like having your own personal tutor. You will be learning valuable skills while mastering a trade. Your chosen trade is a four-year program that consists of on-the-job training and correspondence testing and reporting. What you learn on the job is repeated and reinforced in your test books.

As an apprentice you start out earning 50% of a journeyman's wages, which can range anywhere from $18 - $34 per hour. The more you work the more you test the higher your pay goes. Earn while you learn!
