The Alabama Rural Water Association offers a valuable apprenticeship program aimed at training the next generation of wastewater and water systems operation specialists. Located in Montgomery, AL, our program focuses on equipping individuals with the skills needed for essential roles in water and wastewater treatment operations.

Through hands-on training and mentorship, we prepare our apprentices for careers as Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant and System Operators, ensuring they are ready to contribute to the health and sustainability of their communities.
