At Airbus Americas, Inc., located in Mobile, AL, we are committed to developing the next generation of aviation professionals through our apprenticeship programs. Our initiatives focus on training individuals for various roles, including Aircraft Cabin Installers, Electrician Installers, Flightline Mechanics, and Structures Assemblers for both the A220 and A320 aircraft. By partnering with local educational institutions like East Mississippi Community College, we aim to cultivate local talent and address labor shortages in the aviation sector.
Through programs like FlightPath 9, we provide hands-on experience and workforce training for high school seniors and new graduates, helping them transition from students to skilled apprentices and, ultimately, to valued Airbus employees. We take pride in our dedication to enhancing the skills and knowledge of our community while supporting the future of the aviation industry.
