Summary
Delta Community Credit Union has announced its largest-ever High School Apprentice class for the 2025-26 school year, selecting 25 students from 21 schools across metro Atlanta. Among the chosen apprentices are three seniors from Coweta County who will gain valuable work experience as part-time tellers at the credit union's local branches.
This initiative, part of Georgia’s Work-Based Learning Program, not only provides students with practical job skills but also allows them to earn a salary while earning academic credit. Such programs are crucial in bridging the gap between education and career pathways, preparing students for successful futures in the workforce.
