Registered apprenticeship is an employer-driven, “earn while you learn” training model that allows businesses to grow their own workforce. These customizable workforce training programs help businesses attract, retain, and develop highly skilled and diverse employees. The main difference between registered and non-registered apprenticeships is structure, government support and industry-recognized credentialing.
