Apprenticeship Minnesota is offering an in-person training that will also have a virtual option designed to support instructors in registered apprenticeship programs. This workshops will cover adult learning theory, effective teaching techniques and evaluating effectiveness and adapting over time. Participants can network with other instructors, share their experiences as educators, learn strategies to support apprentices with diverse learning styles to enhance their educating skills as well as gain valuable insights to take back to your classroom.
