Recruiting+ will allow you to accept applications directly into WorkHands, customized entirely to your needs, and even share those applicants with potential employers in your program. Once hired, you can immediately convert those applicants into WorkHands to sign their apprentice agreements and continue on with the program. Recruiting+ is 100% built for the recruiting and application needs of apprenticeship programs.

Since not everyone will need Recruiting+, it's a premium add-on priced at $99/mo. However, if you still want somewhere to post openings in your program without everything Recruiting+ offers, we can do that for free, too.)
