This is a Year ROUND Position- We door-to-door marketing in our off-season. ( NO SELLING REQUIRED) Responsibilities Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers. Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services. Advocate for an integrated pest management lawn care approach. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license CLEAN MVR- Must be over 20 to be insurable by our coverage provider Willingness to obtain a Pesticide Applicator License. We assist you in this process. Compensation Our Lawn Care Specialists receive competitive compensation ($18-$24+ per hour) with performance-based pay and several bonus opportunities.
