What This Role Is About As an Apprentice Installer, you'll work alongside experienced installers learning the Re-Bath installation process from start to finish. This is a hands-on position where you'll develop valuable trade skills while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success means every installation is: Done right the first time Completed on time Delivered with a true “Win the Wow” customer experience Requirements: What You'll Do Assist Lead Installers with bathroom remodel installations Learn installation techniques and proper use of tools and materials Help prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Follow company safety procedures and installation standards Take initiative, ask questions, and continuously develop your skills Represent company values through your work and attitude What We're Looking ForYou don't need years of experience—but you do need a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
