This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in building a long-term career in the automotive industry and wants to learn from experienced technicians in a professional, hands-on environment. Whether you're just getting started, recently completed technical school, or have some hands-on automotive experience, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you develop your skills and progress toward becoming a Certified Technician . What You'll Do Assist experienced technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs Learn proper diagnostic, repair, and service procedures through hands-on training Perform basic maintenance and repairs as your skills develop Assist with tire, brake, suspension, and other mechanical services Properly document work performed on repair orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in manufacturer and in-house training programs Follow all dealership safety procedures and standards What We're Looking For Interest in building a career as an automotive technician Automotive experience or technical school training preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable, motivated, and eager to develop new skills Ability to work well with experienced technicians and as part of a team Professional attitude and commitment to quality work Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements Ability to work Saturdays as needed Why Join Vaden Automotive?
