Key Responsibilities Field Support: Assist with all aspects of grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and site cleanup. Equipment Operation: Under supervision, learn to safely operate and maintain professional-grade tools and machinery. Effective Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with your Team Lead and colleagues to ensure tasks are completed correctly. Site Preparation: Help load and unload trucks and ensure all necessary tools are ready for the day's projects. Quality Control: Follow our "Neighborly Done Right Promise" by ensuring every job site is left cleaner than you found it. Winter Operations: Support our snow removal team during the winter months, ensuring steady, year-round work.
