Bakery Team Member The Apprentice Dessert Bar | Castle Pines, Colorado About the Position The Apprentice Dessert Bar is looking for a dependable, motivated Bakery Production Assistant to join our growing team! We're an elevated dessert shop specializing in cakes, pastries, and handcrafted desserts, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing things well, and is excited to learn. No professional baking experience is required. We're happy to train the right person. Whether you're a student looking for your first job, someone with food service experience, or simply someone who loves baking and wants to develop new skills, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist with daily preparation and production of cakes, pastries, and other desserts. Help assemble, decorate, finish, and package bakery products. Follow recipes, measurements, and established production procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas. Wash dishes and equipment and assist with routine cleaning. Properly store ingredients and finished products. Help keep production moving efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency. Work collaboratively with the bakery team and assist with other tasks as needed. What We're Looking For A reliable, punctual person with a positive attitude.
