About the Program Looking to start a career in the automotive industry? Our Automotive Technician Apprentice Program offers paid, hands-on training alongside experienced technicians. No professional automotive experience is required! Selected candidates will complete 3-6 months of paid training at our Romulus, MI facility before permanently transferring to our Milford, MI location as Retrofit Technicians. What You'll Do Train alongside experienced Retrofit Technicians. Learn basic automotive repairs, part installations, and vehicle modifications. Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues. Learn vehicle programming and module reconfiguration. Maintain a safe and organized workspace. What We're Looking For Interest in automotive repair and hands-on mechanical work. Willingness to learn; prior automotive experience is preferred but not required. Ability to train in Romulus for 3-6 months before transferring permanently to Milford. Reliable transportation to both locations. Availability Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to meet company background check and drug screening requirements.
