Production Associate Pay: $20.97/hr. In this role, you will learn the processes of manufacturing and the different machines used in the process. How You Will Make an Impact * Push and move stock/materials * Stack finished product from machines * Offload corrugated materials from production equipment * Assist machine operators and apprentices * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area * Follow all company safety policies and procedures What You Need to Succeed * High School Diploma or GED required * Ability to work any shift and overtime, including Saturdays as needed * Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English * Strong attendance and work history required * Ability to lift, push, stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift * Industrial/manufacturing experience preferred * Powered Industrial Truck (forklift) experience is a plus * Corrugated box manufacturing and printing experience are preferred but not required Smurfit Westrock (NYSE:SW) is a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging solutions.
