About the Apprentice Program This full-time, paid position is designed for motivated individuals looking to start a long-term career. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced elevator mechanics, learning the skills needed to install and service residential elevators. Most Apprentices are promoted within 12-18 months to Service Technician or Installation Mechanic — with earning potential of $60K-$90K+ after promotion. Requirements You must: Have a high school diploma or GED Be able and willing to travel up to 90% (mostly regional travel from Tampa, FL) Be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and doing hard physical work Be comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in tight spaces Know how to safely use hand tools Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screening. Bonus if you have: Prior experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or elevator industries Military background — veterans encouraged to apply!
