Position / Title: Lining Lead or Apprentice (CIPP - Ambient Cure / Inversion Only) Location: Based out of La Habra, CA Travel Requirements: National travel up to 3 weeks at a time 1 week home between rotations Current projects primarily in California Future projects may include Texas and Montana About the Company We are a specialized trenchless pipeline rehabilitation contractor focused exclusively on ambient-cured, inversion CIPP lining . We self-perform technically demanding sewer rehabilitation projects across residential, municipal, and prevailing wage environments. We invest heavily in our people, equipment, and long-term growth. What we do: Lead full CIPP lining installations from setup through completion Independently shoot liners without supervision Operate and oversee inversion lining and ambient curing processes Run robotic cutting and reinstatement operations Maintain quality control, safety, and jobsite execution standards Support residential and large-scale sewer rehabilitation projects Serve as the on-site technical lead when assigned How: Hands-on field leadership Deep understanding of trenchless workflows and liner behavior Confident operation of robotics, Dan-Cutter, and IMS systems Accurate setup, monitoring, and completion of ambient cure installs Clear communication with supervisors, crews, and operations Ability to adapt to varying municipalities, site conditions, and scopes Outcome: Liners installed correctly, efficiently, and independently Minimal rework and high-quality reinstatements Safe, productive job sites with strong crew coordination Trusted technical leadership on complex or high-value projects Readiness to grow into larger roles as the company expands nationally Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience shooting CIPP liners independently Strong background in ambient curing and inversion lining Hands-on experience with: Robotics Dan-Cutter IMS systems Experience beyond installer or helper level Lead or Supervisor experience strongly preferred Project Types: Sewer line rehabilitation Residential, commercial, and municipal work Some prevailing wage projects Compensation: $25-$30/hour, depending on experience Residential bonus program paid per foot installed Opportunity to earn significantly more on prevailing wage projects Benefits & Perks: 90% employer-paid benefits Assigned company vehicle (vehicle stays at La Habra shop) Long-term growth opportunities Relocation opportunities in Texas and the East Coast High-end equipment and experienced crews Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
