What You'll Do Perform lawn care and property maintenance services to company standards Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment Work alongside your crew to complete daily routes on time Load, unload, clean, and care for trucks, trailers, and equipment Keep customer properties clean and professional Follow safety procedures and protect customer property Communicate clearly with crew leaders and teammates Help with daily cleanup and end-of-day closeout What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet for 8+ hours Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to work well as part of a team Desire to learn, improve, and grow Experience with commercial mowing, trimming, edging, blowers, trucks, trailers, or landscape crews is a plus—but it's not required.
