Our automotive upholstery and restyling business is growing, and we're looking for a Shop Apprentice to join our team! This is a hands-on apprenticeship with training provided by experienced technicians. The goal is to develop the skills necessary to independently perform a wide range of specialty automotive repairs and installations. Job Responsibilities: As an Apprentice , you will assist our skilled technicians with various tasks, including: Learn and assist with repairs such as: glass replacement, convertible top repair, sunroof repair, water leak diagnosis Assist technicians with complex automotive repairs and installations Learn vehicle disassembly and reassembly Perform general automotive specialty repairs under the direction of experienced technicians Properly handle and protect customer and dealer vehicles Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area Progress toward performing more advanced work independently as skills develop Qualifications & Skills: Experience in automotive repair is a plus but not required Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Ability to lift and maneuver heavy seats and interior components Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Reliable, hardworking, and a team player Why Join Us?
