Benefits and Compensation Package: *Competitive compensation, paid weekly *Comprehensive medical insurance plan (medical, drug, and vision) *100% employer paid medical coverage premium for individual, full-time employees *Dental insurance *Paid Personal Time Off (PTO) for full-time employees *401K and Profit Sharing *Safety Incentives *Hiring Bonus: $500 Essential Duties: •Safely operate and maintain a commercial vehicle and shipments being transported by following all Federal, State, County, and Company safety regulations and requirements. •Deliver and pick up customer shipments including driver load/offload, communicating with customers and dispatch office regarding shipment and delivery statuses. •Load/unload various types of items from containers to and from terminal floor by lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; palletizing; shrink wrapping; and/or operating a forklift. •Load/unload delivery trucks - manually or with a forklift or pallet jack. •Complete all corresponding paperwork. •Fulfill and tint paint orders - pulling orders using high lift, operating tinting booth, prepping orders for pick up or delivery, and checking order documents. •Maintain warehouse inventory and properly account for and store equipment. •Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, facility, and company vehicles (interior and exterior). •Follow instructions from Dispatch Supervisor or Senior Lead Warehouseman. •Wear company-approved uniform, including any required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and professional appearance. •Manual labor as assigned. •Always think and work safely to prevent work injuries, accidents, and property damage. Comply with all company safety rules, including reporting unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, illnesses and injuries to supervisor or manager and actively participate in identifying ways to make our company a safer place to work.
