This is a hands-on learning role for someone who wants to build a career in the skilled trades, no prior maintenance experience required. What You'll Do Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining car wash equipment and facility systems Learn to use our work order system to document and track maintenance tasks Support preventative maintenance and equipment inspections under the guidance of experienced technicians Help keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked (tools, parts, and consumables) Learn equipment updates, maintenance procedures, and best practices from senior technicians Help ensure all work meets Olympus Pines quality standards What You Bring Interest in developing hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Willingness to learn new equipment and maintenance techniques Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools Ability to follow instructions and work safely alongside senior technicians Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Flexible schedule with the ability to respond outside of traditional business hours when needed Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR No prior maintenance experience required, training provided Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday; lift and move items up to 75 lbs (up to 50 lbs independently, up to 75 lbs with assistance); climb an 8 foot ladder as needed; safely enter and work in a service pit for equipment maintenance; work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; use hand and power tools safely; and perform maintenance tasks in tight or elevated spaces as needed.
