WORSHIP TECH LEAD Leader Level ROLE TITLE: Worship Tech Lead REPORTS TO: Worship Director REQUIREMENTS: * Strong experience with audio, visual, and livestream systems * Leadership and problem-solving skills * Ability to stay calm under pressure COMMITMENT: * Sundays 30 min prior to services as scheduled. Mid- week prep as needed. PURPOSE: Provide leadership and oversight for all technical elements of the worship services alongside the Worship Director. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Oversee audio, slides, and livestream execution ● Lead and support Worship Tech Assistants ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly ● Coordinate with worship staff for service needs ● Onboard, Train and Apprentice Worship Tech Contributors WHAT DOES A “WIN” LOOK LIKE? ● Fully seamless service with no technical disruptions, or dealing with issues to the best of your ability in a timely manner ● Tech Contributors feel supported and confident in their roles HOW WE WIN: Preparation, leadership, and proactive problem-solving.
