Responsibilities Assist in constructing van interiors by following construction plans and blueprints with supervision. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, including saws, drills, sanders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Support the installation of wood construction materials such as cabinetry, trim, siding, flooring, and fixtures within vans. Help interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate assembly of components. Participate in heavy lifting and material handling to support the assembly process on-site and in the shop. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols including power tool safety standards. Collaborate with team members on tasks such as drywall installation, caulking, stucco work, rebar installation, plastering, and restoration projects when needed. Requirements Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in woodworking or construction environments. Strong interest in carpentry, woodworking, or construction trades with a desire to learn new skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions from blueprints or technical drawings accurately. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working on ladders or scaffolding if necessary. Prior experience in residential carpentry or remodeling is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to gain hands-on experience is essential.
