What You'll Be Doing Working alongside our roofing and service techs on repairs, inspections, and installs Hauling, loading, and organizing materials and tools (it's basically a free gym membership) Tearing off old roofing and helping install new shingles, flashing, and more Helping track down leaks and fix them before they turn into big headaches Keeping job sites clean, safe, and looking sharp Picking up real, hands-on skills that turn into a lifelong career What We're Looking For A good attitude and a strong work ethic. Those matter most to us. Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all kinds of weather Able to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders like a pro Reliable and on time. The crew is counting on you!
