REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 5 years of experience required. • Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide). • Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician License (verification required). • Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical construction. • Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical construction practices. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders or elevated platforms. • Follow required safety procedures and use PPE. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS • Data center or hyperscale project experience. • Experience with medium-voltage systems, generators, switchgear, grounding, or commissioning. • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. • BIM/VDC construction experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Five or more years of relevant electrical construction experience. • Formal electrical training or apprenticeship experience is preferred.
