The Apprentice Meat Cutter is responsible for learning how to handle meat and meat products. Apprentice Cutters will learn how to receive, process, cut, trim, scrape, package, tie, wrap, weigh, price, and label meat products Cutter is responsible for setting an example in providing attentive and courteous customer service.
