The Role We're hiring a full-time Junior Residential Service Plumbing Technician & Installer. We're looking for the right person to play a key role in our field operations, somebody who is excited about becoming an expert in this field and is serious about furthering their career. You'll be in a supporting role, working alongside our service plumbers, running a consistent process and helping execute professional installations. Perform in this role and you'll have the opportunity to transition into an independent one. Mountain Standard Perks $22-28/hr based on experience and licensing progress A path toward an independent service plumber role with uncapped earning potential Apprentice hours toward your Colorado plumbing license Company-sponsored Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays Predictable, consistent schedule A growing company with room for you to grow with us Ownership and field staff that will support your goals and career development Industry-leading CRM to support your work in the field — we use ServiceTitan What You'll Do Assist in performing plumbing work and installations Perform drain cleaning and clearing Support our field team as required Develop customer-facing skills and learn how to effectively present and sell plumbing solutions Build lasting relationships with homeowners and represent Mountain Standard Plumbing with professionalism in the field and in the community Work as part of a field team united by a common goal Participate in company-wide and individual training — we invest in our people and expect the same buy-in in return Commit to a culture of continuous performance and hold yourself to the standard we set together What We Need From You Minimum of 1 year residential plumbing experience, or transitioning from a strong commercial background Understanding of residential plumbing and sewer systems Understanding of how to use trade tools and perform general plumbing tasks Drain cleaning experience Ability to obtain a Colorado Residential Plumbing License within 1 year Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry plumbing equipment and materials Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Customer service attitude Ability to work full-time and reside within reasonable proximity to our service area Ready to Join the Team?
