Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections. Assist with diagnostic testing and troubleshooting. Learn and follow Ford service and repair procedures. Properly use hand tools, shop equipment, and diagnostic equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in ongoing training and technical development. Follow dealership safety and quality standards. Qualifications Automotive experience or technical training preferred, but not required . Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
