Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of locks, safes, and security hardware across various sites. Learn to interpret technical schematics and drawings to accurately perform tasks. Support electrical diagnostics activities related to lock systems and security devices. Gain experience working with mechanical components and heavy equipment mechanics involved in lock mechanisms. Use tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues within security systems. Participate in routine inspections of lock hardware and security equipment to ensure proper functioning. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during all tasks. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with an interest in locksmithing or related fields. Basic understanding of electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques. Experience or familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures is a plus. Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and diagrams accurately.
