PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Service:

• Complete field installations to ensure "zero" failures.

• Works with Loci's technical personnel to develop, implement, and maintain site installation/operational procedures.

• Serves as the secondary interface with the customer's field operators.

• Assist with any/all sites assigned by the Sr Rep. This includes inventory management, customer service, and oversight of each location.

• Perform calibration and cylinder replacement of installed units per documented procedures.

• Adopt a culture of Safety First, Continuous Improvement, and customer service.

• Monitor quality, cost, and customer satisfaction with every installation.

Safety:

• Responsible for following the HSE Program at Loci Controls.

• Participating in all site-required safety training.

• Ensure adherence to all company and site-specific safety rules, including proper PPE and maintained compliance with OSHA regulations.

• Perform Job Safety Analysis before installing Loci products.

Quality:

• Follow written procedures, work instructions, and on-the-job training

• Strive for problem-free installs.

• Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally in order to maintain Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience:     

§  Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

§  Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

§  Comfortable working outdoors.

§  Excellent verbal and written communicaiton.

§  Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

§  Willingness to work in a team environment
