- Provide counsel, comfort, or encouragement to individuals and families.
- Communicate with childrens families and guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues, which includes appropriate release of children.
- Program management and administration.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as taking attendance, assisting in paperwork, and making phone calls following center confidentiality practices.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Collaborate with teaching staff on professional practices.
- Support and participate in personnel functions, such as supervision, educational program development, and professional training.
