Job Summary Flooring Apprentice / Installer We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Flooring Apprentice/Installer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the flooring trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a skilled installer. You'll work alongside experienced installers on residential and commercial flooring projects and learn the process from start to finish. Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important. What you'll do: * Help prepare floors for installation, including demolition, cleaning, measuring, and leveling * Assist with installation of hardwood, LVP, LVT, carpet, and laminate flooring * Learn to properly use hand tools and power tools * Measure, cut, and install flooring materials accurately * Load, unload, and move flooring materials and equipment * Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe * Follow safety procedures and properly use PPE * Work alongside experienced installers and follow direction * Help ensure every project is completed with quality craftsmanship What We're Looking For * Reliable and dependable * Hardworking with a positive attitude * Willingness to learn and take direction * Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and working on your knees for extended periods * Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus * Previous construction, flooring, or remodeling experience is a plus * Flooring installation experience is a plus, but not required * Good communication skills * Ability to work well as part of a team * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
